Maiden is proud to be a company promoting women in construction. The inaugural Women in Construction Awards in Christchurch saw Maiden Group win the award for “Outstanding Contribution to Women in Construction – Company”.
One in five of the tradespeople on our team are women and half of our apprentices. The women on our team range in age from 17 – 50+ and are employed across the business from painting, building, plastering, labouring, driving trucks and working in the office.
